Collective AgreementsCollective Agreements As of 01.05.2013 increase by 3.0 percent on effective wages up to € 4.439/month, for wages more than € 4.439/month increase by 2.7 %. As of 01.05.2013 increase on minimum wages and apprenticeship compensation by 3.1 %. Increase of shift premiums and travel allowances by 2.7 %.
